Hello, bluepill.

I've listened to a few of Tom Leykis's broadcasts.

I'm guessing you came across his stuff because some girl left you for someone else? Well Tom isn't wrong about women's nature. A lot of them will cheat with no remorse and branchswing like trapeze artists.

However, he's got a PUA vibe, and although I agree with some of it is legit, I don't support the need to completely alter yourself for pussy.

Marriage is a fail because a marriage based on a chemical high is bound to fail.

The problem is that marriage as it stands today is an upside-down institution, all but guaranteed to destroy a man in one way or another. Even if you can avoid divorce--- which is by no means certain that you can avoid it-- you still have the problem that today, the woman wears the pants in the family--- OR ELSE!!!. The law is on her side in any problem that comes up between you and your wife, and it really doesn't matter in the least who is really at fault for any problem. The law takes her side, she knows it, and that's that. Children just make this worse because now she has an additional lever against you. She can make sure, in the event of divorce, that you pay substantial child support, and she can make sure--- by lying if nothing else--- that you never see your kids again.

Of course it's your choice. Just know that in this case, the cards are heavily stacked against you before you enter the game.

Tom is right. I've been listening to him since 2004 and then I discovered MGTOW almost 2 years ago and the fact the marriages that don't fail are few and far between. I think you gotta look at how many people who are unhappy in marriages and how many women to cheat. Tom's topics are always spot on when talking about women.

Date/Relationships are fine. MGTOW is not against women per se, but against the draconian marriage laws.

If you have to, sign a contract but don't get married as in get the government involved in your personal life.

Also, your "dependency" of finding value in having kids is good but don't let it cloud your rationality as in doing it at the expense of your peace.

I think in his own legal environment of America he's 100% right.

Too many marriages fail and almost always leading to robbery of the father, of his children and income, without any sensible basis or means of defense. I know you can have children without marriage. I know you can move to a nation with no such laws and then have no such worries.

The only "need" to have kids is when your little soldier stands at attention each morning because of your biological imperative to spread your seed. Anything beyond that is cultural/religious interference.
