They never needed to quarantine this sub to ban it. They could have just banned it outright.

They quarantine this sub so that, when people demand they take action against r/MGTOW, they can say "look, we listened to you and took action."

75% of the people who quit Facebook are men. Men are easy enough to drive away from social media without social media kicking them out the door. Banning this sub would be kicking a not insignificant number of men out the door, which is why they are hesitant to do it.

I had some previous handles here on this sub, and have watched it since it was about 15-20k users. The growth here has been unbelievable. That's why they are scared as fuck. Too many are waking up and seeing the scam for what it is.

Every single Man that has posted here or shared a story, insight, experience, sadness, joy, etc. have added to my life in so many ways that it's very hard to describe.

When Iron Maiden was a rather insignificant band it got its first foreign gig in Chile and everybody there was freaking out. They considered them evil and dangerous and went on massive protests to try and silence them. All of that led to them getting international attention and setting them on the path of becoming one of the largest heavy metal bands to have ever existed. Whats the lesson here, controversies raised in an attempt to silence only get peoples ears and it eventually achieves the opposite. Keep that in mind once social media influencers start talking about the attempt to silence this community.

In 2020 - too many guys already know too much about why things are the way they are.

Even if Reddit banned this 3 years ago, it would have only slowed things down.

The information rings true, the second you hear it - like an epiphany.

Trying to suppress this is like trying to stop every drop of rain from hitting the ground... futile and unnatural.
