Sometimes I wonder if no fap is a placebo effect. I can completely see how it can increase pleasure from sex, as well as increase productivity because you're no longer contemplating or actually jerking it.

But I fail to see the biological connection between not jerking off and physical strength and intelligence.

Disclaimer: This is my opinion. Others (i.e. no fappers) may not like it or find it offensive.

No Fap is crap. This is basically the "masturbation is bad" crap that has been taught for centuries by the Catholic Church, Jews, Muslims, Victorian moralists, Mormons, and whoever else. Before they used to tell boys that jacking would make hair grow on their palms, or make them blind, or make them gay.

Now they say no fapping will give you superpowers, etc. etc. It is a newer version of the same old wives' tales. The goal is to try to control male sexuality.
