Thankfully I don't work in some crummy ass office with a bunch of messy ass women, I don't see how y'all do it, I'd rather do back breaking hard labor than put up with that shit, unfortunately most managers even in blue collar jobs are women in their nice cozy offices while the men are breaking their backs.

Ok. I am totally on board with moderating behavior so everyone feels included. But let's not ban men from talking about sports. Companies can issue a mandate that women will have to sit through diversity and inclusion seminars in which they have to learn about sports and then pass a competency test to show they listened. Then the company can mandate that women have to affirmatively make attempts to talk about sports with men.

I work in healthcare with 90+% women. I have to listen to their stitch'n'bitch conversation about co-workers and relatives they can't stand .. and fucking Love Island .. every day and every night. Talk about feeling alienated .. not to mention depressed at the state of womanhood in my country ffs.

The few colleagues with imagination, self-awareness and a sense of humour, put UK femininity into stark bloody contrast.
