I keep hearing "chase money and women will come"

I'm 23, 0 experience with any girl, never cared as I've only been chasing money all my life so far.

I have a LOT of money saved up for where I live, but I don't understand how any woman would ever know.

I mean, girls upload posts where they claim they rejected dudes based off of the phone they saw him using. As I type this, a girl could have thought that about me right now, never finding out how much money I have.
