I do some hiring at my firm. Being completely honest, no one really wants to deal with a woman. The women don't want to deal with women.

Major pain in the ass. My only wish is to have known a workplace without women. I was born into this clownshow

Work in a dev house. It's mainly been all male for 20 years. We have one female PM and one female dev that works from home. Also, they are H1B workers from India so the culture is a lot different for the women. They usually don't talk to anyone unless they have to. They just stick to there work and go home. If they talk to males it's the other Indian male devs or IT guys like me when they need help.

Or you could just be smarter and not hire them in the first place.

Your best bet as a business owner is not to hire anyone with strong liberal or SJW beliefs.

In fact, ironically, we've gone back 50 years because now it's much more preferable to hire nothing but straight white men because at least you know you won't have any dumbass allegations against you or your business. It's just not worth it to add "DUHVERSATY" to your workplace.

I worked at a startup of about 7 people a few years back. I was a Developer, in fact I was the only Developer. There was a great atmosphere, all geeky guys together creating new tools and having fun with Linux servers.

Then they hired a girl to do accounting stuff, it was a horrible atmosphere. Suddenly the banter and laughs stopped. We had to mind our language, we had to mind the subject we were discussing.

I know people who have started companies. None of them have hired women except for things like "office manager". Most of them come up with other reasons to justify not hiring them instead of admitting it's because they are women. So the old narrative was that women were held to an unfair standard by the patriarchy, but that wan't true. Now, thanks to MeToo, it is true. I don't understand feminists.
