But here is the really sad thing: this comic IS NOT a joke. It is real life. I have lived this before I retired. It was the reason i retired because i had enough of this shit. The people that see this as bullshit are quiet about because a) they are scared of being fired, b) they are not scared of being fired but don't give a fuck, or c) they think the bias is something they can exploit.
