To be honest every time the relationship is starting to feel boring for the guy it is already dreadfully panty drying for the girl. if you don't wanna see her during quarantine, call it quits, otherwise you are investing too much into just a plate (or even a fwb for that matter). you don't want to be texting her and thinking about is she fucking anyone else while you are being a good boy avoiding social contact and texting only to keep her interest because you are afraid of losing a plate. can you get more plates after? if you have fun texting, do it; if not, don't.

Eh. I tried to experiment a bit with my plates.

I concluded all I want from them is sex, and when I know I'm not going to get it, my instinct to dump a bitch is just too strong. The contact feels forced, and I'm not a good enough actor to hide that it is.

Not that a couple wouldn't break quarantine for me, but I regularly meet my elderly parents, who I'd rather not risk for pussy.

So I've decided to just fabricate that I'm busy looking after my social circle. Told them a fake noble story, and I plan to reconnect after it dies down if I feel like it.

You're giving her way too much validation (texting every day) so of course she is losing interest and attraction. Stop giving her your non sexual attention.

There's a reason why the rule of thumb is to text only for logistics. If meeting up with her isn't an option right now because of the quarantine, you can try pinging her a few times during the week and maybe once things are back ro normal she'll still be willing to meet up.
