Use your backpack and your books to your advantage in this quarantine time. I just realised how much shit you can do with a heavy of load of books.

Go for a run with the back pack on, couple of miles and your legs will be screaming. Leg raise with backpack loaded. Push ups with bag till failure. Calf raises with bag on shoulders. Front squats with bag on reverse. Hindu squats. Overhead raises.

Just finished an hour workout like this and got the same pump from the gym.

This quarantine time shouldn't be an excuse to be lazy or lose the gains we forged for years/months. If you let your body and (most importantly) your mind get acclimatised to sitting inside four walls with no muscle fatigue, the hole you'll have to dig yourself out of will be very steep.

Watched a documentary last week on war veterans and it just switched something in me. I realised There are people in hospital beds right now who will never be able to see the sun again. There are people who pray every day that they could use their arms. People who will sell everything they have to just use their legs again for one day.

Don't look for an excuse to break a sweat.
