I stared at 149 pounds, 6'1 about 2+ years ago.

I've been working out from 7 days a week, to 5 days a week to 2-3 times a week. Mostly its been 2-3 which as you know isn't really enough but I've never gone less than that so my physique hasn't improved radically but enough so it started to become noticeable. This had placed me on 163 pounds.

Starting this year I got extra serious about my eating following the physician's directions because after an intense finals season I gained an extra 31 pounds (but it was fat). Who knew snickers bars were that fattening... anyway, good thing is that I just lost the 31 pounds, so I went from 194 pounds back to 163.

I've noticed a big reduction of my stomach, and my pants are fitting well once more. I still have some localized fat in my gut and the sides. I am still losing weight keeping with the eating plan that my nutritionist gave me.

I feel that my workout routine focuses mostly on my shoulders, arms and chest, I do some sit-ups but nothing radical. I've also started doing an hour of a cardio playlist on beat saber for cardio during the quarantine but after a friend said I was wasting my time and that 10 min of a boxing VR game or whatever would be better so I've kind of stopped that. But I'm starting to think it was pretty stupid to stop and am looking to retake it.

ANYWAY, TLDR: Will I be able to lose localized fat ie. my gut entirely with healthy eating alone? What would you recommend? I can't run due to an extreme case of flatfoot and quarantine.
