Are there any books/links/resources to really understand and recognize “nice guy” behavior so I can stop doing it, and, more importantly, do the opposite, or more alpha behavior?

I’ve been called too nice before. I notice I go out of my way to do things for girls. And lately a few of the girls I’m hanging out with end up wanting to cuddle rather than have sex (ones I haven’t fucked). I’m not this bad all the time by any means, but definitely need to start recognizing these behaviors and doing the opposite.

I’m looking for something a little detailed, more than “stop being a bitch bro” so I can really get this concept down. Any help is appreciated.
