This post is directed mostly to newbies, however I wouldn't be surprised if more seasoned members get impacted by this too.

Before I got into TRP I led a pretty depressing life, I was far from depressed but was definitely not happy with my lifestyle. I ate like shit, I played too much video games, I wouldn't socialize with people and generally kept to myself.

I pushed myself and became a much happier person after discovering TRP. Started lifting, eating well and talking to people I crossed paths with. Whether it be at the gym, the grocery store or while just walking around. I became a better person and my experiences with girls exploded.

However once this happened I felt like I reached the point that I was aiming for and slowly started falling back into bad habits. I thought that I had made it and I could simply go on autopilot from here on out. Man was I wrong, I kept going to the gym but I started gaming more, socializing with people less and the most noticeable thing was my approach anxiety came back.

The last week I really pushed myself to go out of my comfort zone again and try to be more social and let me tell you it is hard, just as hard as the first time. Never take this for granted, it's not a momentary thing but it is a complete lifestyle change. There is no on / off switch to be social, you either are or you arnt.

Don't become stagnant, always push yourself and never take what you have for granted as it will disappear way faster than you realize.
