I don’t have hinge and actually wanted to try it. I’m more of a bumble girl because I feel like there’s quality men on there. But, I do feel like pictures play a big part on any dating app.

Hinge was hot garbage where I live. A bunch of sad profiles with nothing written and none of the men I swiped right on messaged me or initiated, they all would just like a picture of mine or a prompt or something and then sit back and do nothing.

I like Hinge because you can remove people from your stack of cards that you swipe through. Whenever I see someone dusty, I tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner and click "remove." and supposedly the app won't show them to you again. Also if you narrow your location preferences down to 1 mile, swipe thru everyone in that stack, then widen your preferences again, you'll be presented with better options. Idk why but something is funny with the alogirthm where after a while it just shows you the bottom of the barrel.
I don't use my 'likes' a lot, but after I did the steps above, I got way more likes from guys. So maybe it wasn't showing my profile to people too.
Definitely the trashiest men I have found are on Tinder. As for Bumble, I'm hesitant to use it because I don't like that I have to message first, and most of the men don't even respond! Plus it shows me the same losers again and again.

I used to have it then I quit OLD. There was a good selection at first but I don't think many people use it because by the end it was just repeating the same guys over and over again.
I think app idea is the best chance at starting a relationship but it's just not popular enough.
