Buy a saftey razor or a straight razor, the blades come in 10 packs and cost peanuts, but it needs a very steady hand.

I bought this after the Gillette BS. It's perfect for me. Just like using a regular razor but for pennies. You can get 100 replacement blades for like 10 - 15 bucks that last a long time from Amazon right to you door.

Safety razor. The razors are cheaper than same price disposable shaver and each double sided blade will give you about week worth of shaving, if you shave every day. The best part is that if you don't shave regularly, like me, the safety razor cap I use can be adjusted to easily shave off even grown out beards. This way, a $10 ten-pack of safety razors will easily last me 6 months.

There is additional extra cost to buy the shaver. But if you don't fall for the hipster executive bullshit handles, it's a $20 one-time investment for a well made modern German handle. It's a tool, not a status symbol. I've been using mine for almost a decade.

Additional downside is that safety razor shaving has been taken over by hipsters, so there's a lot of posturing and marketing you'll need to filter out. Related to that, you may need to look around for cheap safety razors. If you're paying over 50c for a blade, you're overpaying. Your local supermarket will likely carry only the hipster premium brands. Check drug stores for your Wilkinson Sword, Astra, Derby, Muhle and similar common brands.
