I am part Russian.

Take it with a grain of salt. Even the relationships in the post Russia mostly have ultra typical dynamics, they are terribly unequal most of the time and i am not saying it lightly. Men expect you to do every thing while they sit on their asses and drink. Women control everything in the home. They often times dont include thenselves in parenting and arent much interested in being good providers. Women are the rocks of the family because so many men Die young because of alcohol and so on. Women are steel ladies, plus they rule everything in the home because of their unreliable men. This, apart from looks and knowing how to deal with household, is the reason why you should be terribly careful about trying to learn from russian relationships. The women arent nor soft, nor rpw. They only do their smv for a certain time until they get a men, and once it is over, they dont care much.

Not sure about Russia but I am from a different part of Eastern Europe. My parents are a perfect example for a good relationship.

My farther has all the good traits of alfa and beta mix. He has a good stable job, provides for the family, he is good with his hands, he even buit our/their house with the help of my grand father. He has his own hobbies like hunting, playing sports etc but also spends time with my mom, they go on dates, travel. When growing up, he wasn't involved much in the parenting part as most of the western fathers do, but now as an adult I understand why, because he was working hard and trying to provide for his family.

My mom is great as well. She cooks, cleans every day for him. She takes care of herself (she gained weight due to hormonal issues but still looks good). When me and my brother were young, she would work when times were tough, but mostly tried to be stay at home mom. We would bake cakes, cookies, make dinner etc with her. Now she works because she is bored at home (me and my brother live far away) . The extra money she makes she can spend on herself or save, it is up to her, since my father takes care of the bills, food and other expenses.

They've had their ups and downs but they've been together for 30years and they are my couple goals.

I have to mention my country is little bit more conservative than Russia and not all the families are as mine. But most of them are very traditional, where the wife takes care of the children and the husband works and provides for them.
