This sounds unbelievably simple but extremely effective - if something/some person doesn't spark joy, cut them out immediately.

And a lot if times you don't need to explain why you do what you do. There's no need to have "perfectly reasonable" reasons for every decisions you make.

Sometimes you just wanna, and that's perfectly okay. Nobody has the right to "correct" your choices, it is not their life, so it is not their business.

What if you constantly attract LVM, regardless of whether you're trying to or not? Does that genuinely mean that you just suck, or is it that "opposites attract" idea?

Yeah always be conscious of your thoughts. Its the core essence of buddhism and living happy life. Dont over think and worry but always be mindful of your current feelings.
