I met a guy before lockdown in my country. My mutual friend introduced him to me. We talked for a bit through text and he said that he wanted to go to a date with me once the restriction is being lifted and he will get back in touch. But during the lockdown he disappeared. Now the restriction is being lifted step by step in my state. He texted me and asked whether I'm interested to meet him or not. My question is should I go and see him? I want to know more about this person but our communication is not intense and he was gone during the lockdown and now showed up again when the situation is slowly going back to normal. Is this form of manipulation/ghosting?
