I got into something with someone I was seeing and he didn't respond to me for a whole day, and when he finally did, all he had to say was, "Idk what to say..." How about, "What happened?" or "What's wrong?" or "What can I do to help?" How about thinking about something other than yourself and learning to use words to help you understand something if you are confused about a situation? It ain't that hard.

He didn't ask because he didn't want to know. He didn't want to know because he didn't care enough to know.

What they do is they wait too long to try to talk. After 7 days it's over and there is no longer a need to talk in my opinion. If a man leaves me hanging for a week or more I'm done and I notice a lot of them do that. All these dumb dating coaches got them believing that if they ignore you for 30 days you will suddenly be begging for them back. I mean after 30 days of no contact I will most likely never speak to you again. If a man thinks they can leave me hanging in the wind that long he gotta go. And the whole just popping up like nothing happened is also a big NOPE. Acting like whatever upset me is crazy or twisting it into something it is not another NOPE. There comes a point in a woman's life where she has been burned too many times to tolerate anymore.

They know what they're doing when they do this. Speaking as someone who knows my own toxic traits, I use silence to punish when I'm angry. It's not because I don't know how to talk!
