Ladies I just need to rant a little. I actually felt very sad today after I received a sexually explicit message (this has been the 6th LVM thus far) due to thirstiness during this pandemic.

Mind you, I don’t have any male friends so these are all professional networking contacts who have been hitting me up. I keep a stiff upper lip and call them out directly and have blocked them afterwards, but at the same time it is making me feel so disappointed and objectified. It is not that I ever considered these men as potential suitors, but as we work in the same career field it hurts me that I am not being taken seriously at all by them (these are men at much more senior levels too)

I am so damn tired of these LVM coming out of the woodworks and flat out telling me “they miss human contacts”, asking me “where I am currently located” and starting conversations I know they will be wanking off to.

On a brighter note: I have sworn off online dating apps for good from the very start of this pandemic thanks to your great advice 🙏🏽
