I’m watching this now and I just saw Barrett propose to Amber, and he said, “I’m going to make you the most stressed out girl in the world, but you’re going to make me the happiest man in the world.” And if that isn’t the fucking WORST I don’t know what is. This dude is a total asshole.

SPOILERS AHEAD!

I finished watching the first few episodes last night. The show is really interesting from a FDS point of view, don't you think? Here's my opinion on the couples so far:

Cameron and Lauren - Interesting couple, Lauren seems like a HVW and Cameron seems like a decent guy (although he is way below her looksmatch). I hope everything turns out well for them but seeing the preview for the next episodes I can tell her family is going to be against them being an interracial couple

Carlton and Diamond - I knew from day one this wouldn't last LOL. I feel bad that Carlton has a rough time dealing with his bisexuality but he wasn't a great person either. He showed his true colors at the resort. Diamond was 100% pickmeisha but at least she had the decency to call him out on his bullshit

Damian and Giannina - Don't think it's going to work out. Giannina likes to address issues as they come up but Damian tends to shut down emotionally. They already had a mini fight at the resort and it's going to get even more tense with real life stuff getting in the way. Both seem to mean well but they have conflicting personalities.

Kenny and Kelly - Probably my favourite couple so far because they're showing high value behavior and taking things slow. I think they look super cute together and they seem happy with each other :) I think they'll make it to the end!

Mark and Jessica - Oh boy... Mark is a male version of a pickme and it's pretty obvious Jessica only said yes so she wouldn't end up alone. The resort scenes in which she's talking to Barnett make me so uncomfortable, she's really attracted to the guy despite knowing he's a fuckboy. I feel bad for Mark but at this point he's pretty much letting Jessica step all over him.

Barnett and Amber - Barnett is the epitome of LVM and Amber is not only a major pickmeisha, she also sounds unstable. I honestly have no idea wtf Barnett is doing on this show, he is clearly not ready for a committment. Amber needs professional help, her abortion story was really sad...
