Today I was assertive and pushed back against some work that my line manager was attempting to offload on me. I was clear in explaining that I was not in a position to take that work forward, and that the responsibility actually lay with a colleague.

Genuinely - before coming to FDS I would never have had the guts to push back on a manager like this, even if I knew that they were trying to take liberties. FDS is teaching me to know my boundaries and standards and stick to them, in all areas of my life!
