Forgive me OP, don’t want to rain on your parade, but this is quite a lot just starting out - I would be cautious of love bombing.

Is he a pilot as a hobby or something? Unless you know him well, I wouldn’t be getting into a plane with him on the second date - that just seems like it would set up a lot of expectations for what you’d have to give in return. Also, i wouldn’t get in a car with a guy I didn’t know well, never mind a plane.

Just please be careful.

Op I warn you NOT to get into a plane with that man. You don't know him at all. As someone else mentioned, it looks a lot like love bombing. He's trying too hard to impress you and you're falling for it. Don't do it op.

The worst first date I’ve ever been on was the one where he took me to way too many nice places, spent too much money, and wasted too many hours of my day, coincidentally in SF and Sausalito. Wish I say enough earlier in the day, but now I know.
