I feel like many men start OLD just to take the piss and make fun of women and then many men wonder why they get ghosted or why we never respond to their "Hey you're cute can i take you out sometime?" copy paste bullshit.
So many "I got a girlfriend/wife and i'm looking for friends/hookups" accounts. I never seen women make those type of accounts.

Personally i wouldn't date a trans man and if someone lies to me about it i would def consider it catfishing...i mean if you know i would stop seeing you because of it then why force it? find someone who will get attracted to you.
