1 and 3 are things that are slowly already becoming requirements. While I agree there should be some ways a site can be sued I am skeptical because it needs to be written in a way that protects independent sites I.e. dominatrix and women from being sued by creeps for silly things or lies. I have friends who do sex work in the fetish realm and I wish things were clear cut and dry as you write this post to be but it’s soo complicated that’s why laws never get it right or done on top of men skewing it in their favor.

I'm not trying to be cynical, but my view is it will probably be just as successful as companies attempting to remove pirated content. Which is to say, a giant game of whack-a-mole. I feel like there are always going to be people enabling the system as it is now unless some major studies about porn addiction and problems associated with it are published that actually get widespread attention in the media.

But, I dunno, take that with a grain of salt, I'm just some person on reddit.
