I have a guy who failed all of my tests and got dropped when he truly failed. As a “dating prospect” he insisted that he wanted to take things slow but clearly just wanted a no strings attached situation... but I was not okay with that and cut things off. We briefly tried to be friends (my bad) but that was also a failure.

He occasionally reaches out, trying to make contact. What would be the most scathing response to give him? If he was a decent man I would have been interest but his only concerns are playing the field and the women he meets
