1- young boys are very playful, creative and are not interested in girls. They like play fighting other boys and finding and testing their limits. Esp physical. They sense fast moving things so they dont stare at one thing for long. They gaze at their parents less than females.

2- teen boys become interested in climbing the hierchy. But also their sleep cycle messes up, they fall asleep later and have trouble concentrating in school because of that. They also are not pretending to be gone when dazed out. Its hard for them to care about boring things. They begin learning and being drawn to girls.

*Men and boys will say things that are very exaggerated when they like a girl/ e.g you’re the most beautiful girl in the world. And they are supposed to. Also they may embellish their life a bit. Expect deceptive flattery and dont be too excited by it

3- older teens and adolescents are pretty obsessed with girls and also competing with other men. Their testosterone increases by a huge multiple. They want power and to be recognized.

*Extra- they are two kinds of men, some who seek a one mate and some who play the numbers game. And some men have both in them, depending on what you being out or what’s appropriate for them.

*Men are trained to not show their feelings. Men dont lack feelings, they do understand emotions. They just prefer succinct convos. Women are interested in talking about people, men are interested in objects/gadgets

*The pursual spot of a man is muchhh bigger. 2.5X - let men pursue, its more fun for them.

*Men can be very territorial about their women, and they dont wanna think about her with any other man.

4- grown men. Having a stable job and a good family is key to establishing their place in hierarchy life. Having less of either will wreck havoc in their life.

At this stage their testosterone drops especially if they are in a committed relationship and not fighting.

Men mellow out as they grow older and test falls and vasopressin rises

*Men have the same memory as women for events but women remember the feelings associated with them much more

*Women can influence how involved men are in parenting. And parents influence how involved grand parents are.

*Women and men bond a lot over having children and daddy brain really bonds the family.

*Having an involved dad has benefits for making children tougher and more creative.

Overall i do recommend reading. Esp if you’ve done hs/uni science classes. It’s pretty short
