Also, don't worry so much about going through a list, but instead listening to yourself (i.e don't gaslight yourself/deny gut instinct) and putting yourself first in relationships. The rest will come naturally, but these are good reminders.

If you change the list from gerunds to verbs, you'll see that it's standard for all relationships. It's expected that one person will give up their autonomous power for the sake of a relationship. And the one person is most likely the woman.
