Think of it more like... 80% of sexual interactions are had by 20% of men. It's more nuanced than you're putting it. The basic rule is not 80/20 the rule is that a small amount of causes lead to a majority of the effects.

Your taking that quote too literal. A more accurate wording would be 20% of guys have access to banging 80% of girls. An average guy could only bang maybe like 10% of girls within a certain social circle.

Again its not mathematically accurate or meant to be taking literally, just used to paint a picture.
