Start slow, aim for a week or two and just go cold turkey and cut it out. You’ll probably relapse in a few days but that’s progress. The longer you go the more you don’t want to relapse and break the streak. Also don’t stay up past 1am or you’re probably going to get tempted. Cold showers also work wonders when you have the urge.
