If you can accept women for their shortcomings and still want a sexual relationship with someone that you wouldn’t mind making a commitment for, it’s ok to have a girl friend. If it turns it to be a bad relationship you should leave. That said I choose not to have one right now because I’m busy working on myself and trying to raise my status so that when I do have the time for one, assuming it’s what I want, I can have my pick of the best of them and discard any that may not be worthy.
