Even when both parties have the best of intentions and protection is used correctly pregnancy can occur. Just keep that in mind. There are certain things you can do to reduce risk for this even if you don't want to go full out and hire a guy with a scalpel.

Most effective: Go abstinent and become a monk.

Now outside that...Pull out (with margins, we hope) and/or your own good quality condom that fits you. By the love of God please note that you cannot ejaculate and then stick it in unprotected, there will be sperm swimming in the urine canal that can leak out.
