TRP has conditioned me into thinking that giving validation for nothing is bad and I agree but I think the easiest way to set the frame of man to woman is to give a complement. I think it might be okay for me because I think being too attractive makes girls timid and by doing so would offer them some comfort that I'm not trying to mess with them like how I would feel if a HB10 came up to me. I've acquainted myself with several HBs but never really set the man to woman frame and yet they seem to give IOIs still. I think I already came to the conclusion that I should try it the next time I go out and here I am and I didn't do it because of that conditioning maybe. Anyways I just feel that when I've opened a set and nothing is coming to mind it's the most readily available thing I can say to at least give them a hint I fancy them.
