Hi guys,

I have been stressing about this for nearly 2 years already and I'm really stuck. Me and my gf we've been in the relationship for 5 years and everything still doing . But the only problem is my girlfriend gained about 15 kgs since i met her, i still love her personality and everything. I dont want to break up as well but im getting tired of this. I feel like she is becoming less and less attractive to me. Now we only have sex like once 2-3 months lol. I think she doesnt even care actually. Whenever I talk very politely to her i told her she is not healthy and we need to change.... to encourage her. She gets angry and does stupid thing, she locked herself into bathroom and scare me by screaming and keep saying she will commit suicide or she holding a knife telling me if i ever touch her again she will kill herself. Not just that last time cut herself a little bit i was so freaked out. And manymore stupid things., we used to go out and hang out with friends and now she doesnt go anywhere and she doesnt want me to go as well. She feels embarrassing but she doesnt want to make change. I tried to encourage her but she told me i'm just a liar i kept lying to her to sleep with other woman which i never did. I'm really struggle to find a way to help my girlfriend to lose weight. Everyday I come home tired from work and argue with my girlfriend about everything. When I ask her why she told me i'm fine. why u want me to lose weight blah blah...

Can anyone help, I'm really worried about this relationship.
