Not wanting to have children is fine and doesn't affect my opinion of someone at all. Someone moralising about other people's decision to have children says that they're the kind of person I'd cross the street to avoid.

Im childfree and I could give a crap what people think of me. Kids are not a pet.

I think more would have went childfree back in the day but didn't have a choice. I think even more today would also but there is still a pressure and societal brainwashing. The be all of life is partnered up with children is the only way to have a good life when its not.

I've been meeting more vol childfree people lately. Actually just last week I told my neighbors "I'm not having kids either, that would be unfair." And they high fived me and told me they aren't either. Most women I know even in their later 20s are in a prolonged "Spring Break" phase, so that's the last thing they're probably worried about.

Life is suffering, unless you have a set path and foundation for their prosperity people shouldn't even consider it.

I understand why people dont want to have kids but it's a strong biological imperative and you may feel as if you missed out when you turn 40 or 50.

I wouldn’t date one but that’s very interesting approach to life. Just enjoying it and not fulfilling nature’s demands.

I think that if one is aware of their unwillingness to have children and they stick to their decision, it's great. We don't need more people and we don't need more unwanted and miserable children. If you feel that you don't want to have children or that you aren't ready to sacrifice your lifestyle to having them, you really shouldn't do it. Yeah, there is a chance that you really like the experience, but there is also a chance that you'll hate it, but it will be impossible to undo.

Personally I'm not sure about kids. My husband and I haven't decided yet and we made and arrangement to wait till we're 30. From one hand children are precious and I'd like to make one or two to cuddle and teach them and also to increase the number of people I love and to see my husband's traits mixed with mine...from the other, they can be a pain in the ass and I really doubt that I'll be able to deal with babies 24/7. If we have children, my husband and I will absolutely share the load of taking care for them. I don't want to become a SAHM and I will do everything to avoid it.

There’s no real reason to continue the human race

Why even live at all? Whatever reasons you have for living are also reasons to "continue" the race whatever that means exactly.
