Deep within them, the need to feel useful is very primal. This is something I've noticed both in real life, but also having done a lot of reading on the human psyche and relationship studies. I let men help me every time they offer and don't feel bad about them maybe reproching me the things they've done for me, because I took a page out of their book and have the 'Well, I've never asked you to' excuse in my back pocket. So far, I've never had to use it. I do show gratitude and appreciation though by saying thank you, what a nice gesture it was, how I will pay it forward etc and I actually mean it. The men I've interacted with seemed satisfied with that reaction, because the underlying context is that it would not be 'manly' of them to demand a payback for a favor they willingly offered to a woman. I never say, how can I pay you back for it? No, you offered, and when you offer a favor, just like when you lend money, you don't to do it by expecting to have it paid back.

I've had meals paid, lunch sent to work, given gifts, helped at my job, been offered free items when shopping, and every time I politely and 'demurily' accepted and thanked. A lot of these barely-males whine online about fearing being 'used' by women when it seems that one of the biggest factors at the core of their issues is actually not feeling useful.

This is exactly the problem of the manchildren the pickmes have raised. They're entitled as hell, but their basic need of having a place and purpose to actively work for in society is not being met, even when they are getting everything from the pickmes in their life. No matter how much these women give, they will never be able to make up for the lack doing on the man's part and how's affecting his own life and self-esteem. This is why no matter how much porn, videogames and food they'll have delivered/cooked for them, they will never truly feel like men, because they live in passive mode and that lifestyle is only meant for children.

So let men bend over for you and don't feel guilty about it, they wouldn't do it if they didn't want to.
