You need to do some serious introspection. Like other people have said, this sounds like unhealthy thought patterns, not about your boyfriend. Losing weight healthily is fine, getting obsessed with getting to an underweight BMI and smoking and picking at your body is not okay.

Please help? Get help. You need to see a counselor about possibly having body dysmorphia. You are on the low end of normal bmi. This isn't really about your boyfriend, or about other women (Latin or not) ... it's about you and not having a healthy view, understanding, or acceptance of your body. Why are you still bothered by how you were as a teen? Why would that matter today?

Help yourself by getting some professional counseling. You'll forever be glad you did.

EDIT: And btw, "borderline anorexic" and "look good" do not under any circumstances belong in the same sentence.

I am sure your boyfriend would you rather be healthy over skinny. There is a balance.

We all could look better in our own eyes. But our men either help us be more of what they want or are happy with the way we are. Men go about it in a constructive way. Don't tear yourself down, it is more unattractive than being fat. Confidence is sexy.
