Such a minor thing and I feel slightly autistic for asking this, but last night was the second time I've had a girl call me out.

When lying in bed and they're lying on my chest and can feel my heartbeat, they always say how it's beating so fast (which it is). I don't feel nervous but maybe my body does. I just act surprised and say "oh really"? But was wondering what you guys would say in this scenario?
