Whether it’s a plate falling off or an LTR fizzling out, losing a connection you had with someone will affect you on some scale.

You need to rewrite your brain not to harp on a specific girl or specific situation; you should be so focused on other shit in your life that it shouldn’t affect you to this degree.

If it doesn’t affect you 5 years from now, don’t spend more than 5 minutes worrying about it. Don’t know your exact situation, but remember that your goals will never fuck you over or cheat on you and take half your shit.
