If it helps; sometimes I like to remind myself that I'm sad because I just miss the company, there's been one time I actually missed the sex, and I'm sad I hurt someone's feelings. But I'm not sad because I lost someone I wanted to be with for the long term - so that helps bring me back out of it sometimes.
