I do the half-back look a lot. Get a few cute barrettes in various colors/styles, and some nice earrings to accent if desired.

Thank you for the suggestion. I like that look, though the back of my hair is unfortunately a bit uneven still from the breakage so it ends up looking more messy than elegant, I think..

So one of my (fictional) female icons is Mary in There’s Something About Mary. She rocked the short little bob and you can too! I think it looks adorable. I would rock some cute barrettes and headbands and use this as an excuse to highlight your neck and décolleté, which I think can look really elegant with shorter hair!

And I would go easy on the coloring, and do lots of deep conditioning treatments, while you’re growing it out. That way when it gets long it will be super healthy and you’ll have lots of options!

Also - take biotin!!

I love that kind of look, and barrettes are basically my favorite thing on the planet hehe!

I’ve been letting my natural color come in, going to trim the ends a half inch at a time or so until all the heavily bleached bits are cut out. I got this rose oil deep conditioning mask and it makes me smell like an evening in a summer garden 😍 Definitely taking biotin as well- pre-natal vitamins, actually, they’re supposed to be really good? Just trying overall to have natural healthy hair. Until my hair is as long as it was with extensions, I think I will keep missing my extensions though :(
