I'm working retail at the moment until I get my real estate license. At work I don't try to date any of my coworkers (don't shit where you eat) since I don't want to deal with the drama and the false accusations. I give every women at work the cold shoulder without giving an unsettling vibe. I only communicate with them if it's work related. The girls at work feed off validation. Every guy goes to flirt with them and then soon after get ignored when they don't need validation.

There's a girl at work that gave me her number (which I muted) since she wanted to do real estate classes with me. I'm doing my classes but she still to this day ask me to remind her start the classes. Wth I'm not her walking planner. Yesterday she came to the break room where it was just the two of us. I quickly got up before she sat down not looking at her and she immediately said, "hey x, today is not my day-" and I cut her off, "sorry x called me to help him out with a customer" and went straight to my car. I'm trying to look for another job before I get reported to HR for "ignoring her"

Tl;dr: Don't look or talk to women at work unless necessary. Try to avoid being in a room with just a women. DONT SHIT WHERE YOU EAT
