You could try to be aware of your emotions and how they build inside of you. Mindfulness and meditation are useful for this. Also, practice, expose yourself willfully to the kind of situations that make you loose composure so you get sharp at it, learn to feel in control of yourself in uncertainty, learn to love the sense of fear.

Read about stoicism, they base its whole philosophy around the keeping of one's frame.

Hard to give advice without knowing the problem from first hand experience, but I‘ll give it a try. I‘d say it would be beneficial to spend as much time as possible in company. Don‘t try to game women, just enjoy some good company. Have interactions with other people. Build friendships. Lean back, take a deep breath and understand what’s going on around the table. Know the dynamics playing out and observe what’s happening.

And of course, lift weights to build your body, it changes a lot when you get IOIs and can act from a position of dominance because you know they are into you. And meditate.

This all will hopefully result in you not caring how certain interactions go because you have a big-ass social circle and you are comfortable in your skin with plenty of other fish in the game. True IDGAF mentality. But for that you need to be social. Understand dynamics and have confidence in what you do.

You are a loser, thats why you are neurotic. If you knew (and if your Brian knew) that you are high status, you wouldn't be so neurotic. Neuroticism = the brain ways of protecting someone who has low status aka. who is in danger to die if he isn't careful.
