Legit, just let her know you're moving, you want her to come with you, and it's happening by (date). If she doesn't come, she doesn't come. Don't sabotage a promising opportunity for this girl.

"...quit her job..." That's nothing to most women. She can get other work. You're her job.

"...leave her family..." That's a bigger deal. Some women are more attached to their families than others. Some long to travel and have adventures in new places. Which type is your girl?

If you think it's a show-stopper for her, be prepared for the break-up. But don't change important plans for a woman, even an LTR.

Classic, just be assertive. Ask for what you want, and let her make the choice. If she feels forced to and actually does it, she'll just resent you. You'll maintain power in the relationship if she willfully does it out of her own volition.

You go and she either follows or does not. No cajoling etc. If she comes with great, if not, then you start over in the new location and this time you: Maintain sexual relationships with multiple women. That way, none of this is a problem.
