I’d like to clarify my understanding of women being at a disadvantage

After reading the RPM theory, what I understood is that women are at a disadvantage because they function better in a long term relationship, so it is in our best interest to get married. However, most men who are capable of obtaining frequent casual sex would not want to marry. So we can either have casual sex with many people, just like men do, at our disadvantage. OR, we can SETTLE for a man who isn’t as good as chad, but better for our long term happiness?
