You’re a regular there...of course you will get smiles and friendly service. If you run into her off the clock somewhere else, you can better gauge her reaction to you.

If you like eating there, I would game women elsewhere and not be labeled as the creepy guy who hits on the help.

The fact she asked for your name indicates more than you just being a customer to her IMO. I have regular customers at my job that for the life of me I couldn’t tell you most if any of their names on the spot. Take the initiative and start being more flirty.

If there are multiple servers but she always happens to be the one serving you, that is an IOI. Extended eye contact is an IOI. Asking for your name is an IOI, initiating a conversation is an IOI.

But an IOI is only an indicator of interest not proof of interest. Maybe she is just really friendly or this is how she gets tips. Try talking to her and build that attraction and see how she reacts.
