Here is why i dont think he is a rapist in conventional sex. In all the circumstances where he was accused of rape he gave women opportunities to back out. He told them sleeping with him would help their careers. At that time every single one of his accusers could have said no and valued their diginity over fame.

He had sex and in exchange he offered them money and fame. How is this any different from prostitution. He isnt a rapist in conventional sense at best he is guilty of prostitution.
