Yeah I had a similar experience early on in the pandemic. The isolation combined with general insecurities made me more vulnerable than I realized.

No matter what leveling up is the way to better self esteem and strength when confronted with any bad situation but especially a low-life PUA.

Yeah I had a guy neg me by saying that school prestige doesn't matter and that everyone else he knows who went to my university is socially inept :( i went to a highly technical super prestigious uni and am very proud of it, and he sure as heck didn't. Not that going to a less fancy uni is a bad thing, but tearing down others is.

It can seem impossible to be alone when you’re feeling insecure and have low self esteem. The easiest way to feel relief may seem to be from external sources, but it is not real relief, just a distraction

No one can make YOU feel better about YOU except YOU. Other people can’t think your thoughts or feel your feelings. You’re alone in your brain.

Don’t temporarily patch your feelings by entangling yourself with a person who ends up temporary because you yourself are only temporarily in this low spot
