Do you ever notice men still hold the majority of power in female-centric fields as well? Anything beauty, fashion, skincare or makeup men are CEOS or top influencers. They are usually incredibly misogynistic and hold such a superiority complex. They are the biggest gatekeepers (this is including queer men).

Men in makeup are seen as artists. Women are just vain.

Men cooking are master chefs. Women are just cooks.

Men in fashion are seen as revolutionaries and icons. Women are just shallow.

A lot of gay men are incredibly misogynistic. They have no use for us. I’ve literally had conversations with my gay (male) friends and they’re always talking about how disgusting the female body is, how gross vaginas are, and how “emotional” women are. This one dude was having an argument with his bf and he tells me “yeah, he’s being such a woman right now”
