A guy at work doesn't like me, and the thing is mutual. Lately, he's been trying to frame me as something bad inside the office. We are all on the same level but I'm the one with more knowledge and experience. So, given this, he can't say anything professional about me but he puts me down (or tries to) in every other aspect.

This is slowly becoming the norm. I can take jokes, but this guy can joke with everyone but treats me differently. When it comes to me, he tries to use me to make others laugh by pointing out something "bad" about me. I say "bad" because it's just an excuse. For example, I make a mistake and drop something on the floor, the idiot will start calling me stupid or similar, especially if I'm not embarrassed by it.

Other times, he just acts serious and make comments about me, my personality, etc, in front of others. He does this even when I'm not around.

By doing this again and again he keeps blurring the line between friendly and unfriendly, and I don't like it one bit. I want to be clear about something: it's not what he says that bothers me, I can take anything. What bothers me is the attitude, the fact that he's constantly trying to frame me as something bad. I feel he's constantly attacking me on purpose, and next time I see him I'm gonna put an end to this...

Is this behavior normal on uptight assholes?

EDIT: when he's trying to have a serious conversation with someone and I decide to drop in to mock him (just like he does with ME sometimes), he suddenly becomes angry and enrage. It's like he doesn't get what the problem is in this situation. He somehow feels he's morally justified to fuck with me while I have to stay quite and say nothing. Is this normal?
