Because it's literally what happens in modern society. It'll stop when average and below average women lower their standards instead of focusing on the top 20% of men. Then, it's only natural that average men get average women instead of "whoever shows me affection"

Dating apps and social media have forever changed dating for the worse. Below average looking girls that normally wouldn’t get noticed much or approached IRL now have access to a plethora of options on apps like tinder where the gender ratio is 75% guys to 25% girls. It’s this type of artificial scarcity along with the validation girls get on Instagram that makes them raise their standards to be equivalent to a girl that’s a 9/10 and reasonably experience success that would’ve been unthinkable pre-smartphones. Before you might be able to go to a bar on a Saturday night and hit it off with a girl and go from there where now you’re not just competing with the attention of other dudes in the bar you’re competing with them and everyone else blowing up her phone the entire night.

It’s like the entry level job market, absolutely fucked and I don’t see it ever getting fixed. Sometimes I honestly wish I was asexual bc it’s just beyond ridiculous.

Start teaching young men that it’s ok to have standards. It’s ok to not want to date a whore. It’s ok to not want to date fat chicks. It’s ok to want only what you think is a beautiful woman.

Young men need to grow a pair and stop allowing women to shame them for having standards.

Men need to have better fucking standards. If you remotely wana have kids with her. Not have her eat half your plate; and be the centre of every joke around your friends /family. Make sure she has the child bearing body. None of that fat beluga whale shit. If you don’t want ugly kids and if you don’t want to struggle to get turned on during sex or heck, even be around her in public then you gotta make sure she has a semi descent face. Personality is adjustable. Usually a consequence of how she was treated by her last ex or last guys in her life.

At this point I think it is normal. At first I did not want to believe it but now it seems like women can just afford to have those sometimes ridiculous standards because women are always in demand. It seems to be just the way of the world. Women chose and men are chosen. I don't like it but I think that is one of those things that is never going to change. I'm not going to lie. It iis this women are the choosers dynamic that makes we want to have nothing to do with them. I simply don't want to compete. I simply find it morally wrong. This dynamic has forever destroyed love for me. Call me a misogynist now but that is the biggest reason why I'm done dating and to some extend with women in general. I don't wanna be an expandable utility. That is why I'm MGTOW now. It might be a defeatist attitude but to me the only winning move is not to play. That said I wish every men out their the best of luck. You deserve to find happiness and to live a happy life. If that happy live involves a woman then you got one less competitor now.

The part that needs to be changed is the bottom section. No men should be accepting any girl that is nice to them. Have some standards.

If I am not attracted to her then it is not happening - no matter how nice she is being.

Women are naturally attracted to a tall, good looking rich man - because that is the modern equivalent of an alpha from our distant past who would have a strong chance of providing for her children. So that is natural.

It is also natural that a man wants a women who is fit and has good child birthing hips and big breasts - this ensures a good chance of her being able to spread his DNA by having lots of children.

So these standards are not false ones made by society - they are directly linked to our biology and evolution. So they are unlikely to just change.

Never heard of the I will take any women who is nice to me garbage though. That sounds like what an incel would say. Either have some standards or go MGTOW.
